Donations

Michael-Angelo's believes that the health and welfare of the individual is a critical component in the shaping of the community we live in.  That is why we have always been strong supporters of our local hospitals, schools and sports teams.

Our company supports many charities and organizations that we feel will positively reflect the family traditions and beliefs of this company.  Although we respect the worth and purpose of all charities, the need for help is endless and our ability to help everyone is limited.

Please know that Michael-Angelo's will consider donation requests for those communities we serve.

Michael-Angelo's regrets that we are unable to offer assistance to the following:

  • Non-Profit organizations including: company events, employee recognition events, etc.
  • Events in support of a charity we have already supported.
  • Individuals: we offer assistance to team sports or organizations only (including those participating in walks, runs in support of charitable organizations)
  • Third Parties: We offer our support directly to the charity or organization rather than to support an event of the same cause.
  • Any organization that we have already assisted within a one year period.
  • Any event taking place outside our business community.

Please be informed that we cannot grant permission for solicitation of any kind, including: tagging, selling of fundraising goods, or distribution of any reading materials by any organization on our property.

SPORTS TEAMS & SPONSORSHIPS

A budgeted amount has been set aside for team sponsorships.  We regret that we are unable to sponsor an individual in pursuit of their team sport.  Consideration will be given to all local, house league sports.

PROCEDURES

Please complete the online submission and be sure to attach a letter on the organization’s official letterhead outlining the following:

  • Event Details:
  • Date of the event
  • Location of the event
  • Purpose of the event
  • Number of  people expected
  • To what capacity you are seeking Michael-Angelo's support
  • The level of exposure Michael-Angelo's would receive as a Corporate Donor (event program, pamphlet, newspaper, etc.)

N. B. All donation requests must be submitted in writing, one month in advance of the event (no exceptions).  If we are able to assist with your request, you will be notified.  Due to the high volume of requests we receive, please do not call about the status of your request.

*although consideration will be given to each request that meets the required criteria, we regret that due to budgeting constraints, not all donation requests will be granted.  Furthermore, in an effort to assist as many community events as possible, we have found it necessary to limit our donations to one donation in support of an organization annually. Unfortunately, also due to the overwhelming number of requests, we are unable to follow up with any submissions which are incomplete
