“Arancini” means little oranges, inspired by the shape and colour of these crispy rice balls. Be sure to cool for at least 10 minutes after frying, because the tomato and cheese filling becomes very hot. Serve warm with a dollop of Angelico’s Arrabiatta Sauce.

Sprinkle this salad with some crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and fresh pomegranate seeds to put this already delicious salad right over the top.

Light in texture and with just the right amount of sweetness, garnish the glazed raspberry topping with some additional grated lemon zest.
